The NBLU Program is specifically designed for second year nephrology fellows (graduating in 2025) who have already completed a U.S. based residency.

Attendance is mandatory at all sessions due to the interactive nature of the event.

There is no fee to apply or register to attend the event. The conference will provide 5 nights in the event hotel, a $350 travel grant, and majority of your meals.

The functions are of a business nature and not suitable for your significant other or children.

You will receive a $350 travel grant on the final day of the conference. The conference will also provide 5 nights room & tax in the event hotel and the majority of your meals.

You will be sent a link to make your hotel reservation, the conference is paying room & tax for 5 nights (August 6-11).

You will need to make your own flight arrangements to Dallas (DFW or Love Field) arriving by 4pm CST on August 6th and departing anytime on August 11th.

You will receive a $350 travel grant on the final day of the event to use towards travel expenses.

A link will be emailed to make your room reservation. The cost of room and tax is being paid for 5 nights, but you will be asked for a credit card for confirmation purposes only.

You must confirm your reservations by May 30th. Cancellations after July 15th will incur charges.

All participants receive the travel grant check on Saturday afternoon.  Attendance at all events is required in order to receive the travel grant.

Business casual for the majority of the event; jeans are acceptable. The Saturday evening award ceremony is a little dressier, so shine those shoes! Pack a warm sweater or jacket as the meeting room can be chilly.

Yes, breakfast and lunch daily and 3+ dinners are included. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be provided.
