Attendance is mandatory at all sessions due to the interactive nature of the event. Registration begins at 2pm on Tuesday followed by the first session on Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. You are free to depart anytime Sunday morning.
There is no fee to apply or register to attend the event. Your accommodations are provided for you and the travel grant will cover the majority of your travel and related expenses.
Yes, a private room in the event hotel will be booked for you and the room and tax charges will be covered by the program. Incidentals you incur will be your responsibility.
You will receive a travel grant to use towards any expenses involved in traveling to/from the event, taxi/ride sharing fees, etc.
All participants receive the travel grant check on Saturday afternoon.
Business casual for the majority of the event. The Saturday evening award ceremony is a little dressier, a jacket is required. Bring a bathing suit and workout clothes if you wish to use the hotel facilities and pack a warm sweater or jacket as the meeting room can be chilly.
Yes. Book your flights to arrive Tuesday afternoon as the first session begins at 6:30pm.
There are two social functions associated with the program where spouses are welcome. Should participants elect to bring a spouse or significant other, please note that only participant expenses will be covered by the travel grant. Any additional fees incurred for non-participants will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
