Attendance is mandatory at all sessions due to the interactive nature of the event. Registration begins at 2pm on Tuesday followed by the first session on Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. You are free to depart anytime Sunday morning.
There is no fee to apply or register to attend the event. Your accommodations are provided for you and the $350 travel grant will cover many of your travel and related expenses.
Yes, a private room in the event hotel will be booked for you and the room and tax charges will be covered by the program. Incidentals you incur will be your responsibility.
You will receive a $350 travel grant to use towards any expenses involved in traveling to/from the event, taxi/ride sharing fees, etc. You will receive the travel grant on the final day of the conference.
All participants receive the travel grant check on Saturday afternoon. Attendance at all events is required in order to receive the travel grant.
Business casual for the majority of the event. The Saturday evening award ceremony is a little dressier, so shine those shoes! Pack a warm sweater or jacket as the meeting room can be chilly.
Yes. Book your flights to arrive Tuesday afternoon as the first session begins at 6:00pm.
